The St. Michael the Archangel Young Adult Group (SMAYAG) is a part of the St. Michael the Archangel parish in Silver Spring, MD. We are dedicated to serving our church and greater community, growing spiritually, and creating new friendships.

SMAYAG strives to minister to the spiritual needs of all young adults. Membership is open to everyone between the ages of 18 to 39.

Looking for weekly fellowship with your peers? Join the St. Michael the Archangel Young Adult Group (SMAYAG) in Silver Spring for Weekly Fellowship Gatherings over brunch following the 11 AM Mass every Sunday...just meet us at the back of the church!

SMAYAG Monthly Mass and Meeting
Sunday, November 15. After 11am Mass. Join us for our monthly mass and brunch meeting! We'll meet for the 11 am mass in the fourth and fifth pews on the right. After mass, we'll have our monthly meeting and enjoy brunch in the basement of the Romero House. Come to share in fellowship with other young adults from St. Michael's and learn about the exciting events coming up.

Trivia Night at McGinty's
Monday, November 16 - 6:30-9pm. McGinty's, Downtown Silver Spring
*Get your thinking caps on and join SMAYAG in our monthly trivia night at McGinty's in Downtown Silver Spring. Have some drinks, food, and of course, fun with trivia!


Help The Homeless Walkathon
Saturday, November 21. 7:00am-2:00pm. National Mall in Washington, D.C.
*SMAYAG will raise funds and walk again this year at the 22nd Annual Fannie Mae Help The Homeless Walkathon! Help to raise funds and awareness in support of beneficiary organizations that work to prevent and end homelessness. SMAYAG has always had a great time walking for this good cause so we hope you come along and join us. More details to come!
